I had well laid out modern room with nice view, comfortable beds, neat condition. Location: the hotel was so close to a nice safe area as well as shops & restaurants.

Close to the airport, very friendly staff, they bent over backward for us. Very good breakfast as well.
Our rooms were terribly noisy, right across the st. From a disco that went on til 3am on a weekday. The rooms smelled pretty mildewy as well.

The staff was fantastic - friendly, polite, and prompt. The reception staff, security, and bell boy were all exceptional. The waiters were very helpful. The hotel had an excellent location and was close to shopping and dining options. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. the service and amenities were outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel facilities were great, especially the shower and the view of the city and volcanoes. The location was perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to the Westin and a variety of restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, with Mildred Cabrera at the front desk being especially helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and we loved being able to use the pool, jacuzzi, and spa at the Westin for only $10 a day. a very nice and friendly experience!
